DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery in the UK Standard Delivery: Unless stated otherwise, we charge £1.50 for UK Standard Delivery on orders up to 1 metre. For orders between 1 metre and 3 metres, postage is £1.95. For orders over 3 metres postage is £2.95. Providing your items are in stock, we aim to dispatch your items in 1 to 3 working years. Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays are non working days. Orders received on these days will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery to Europe: Postage is calculated on weight and can be shown at the checkout before the order is submitted.
Additional Information About Delivery
• Where possible we will endeavour to send all of the items in your order together. However, if any items in your order are out of stock, we will despatch those items we have in stock and send the remaining items as soon as possible. Please note you will only be charged one delivery charge per order. If any item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you and advise you of the anticipated delivery date.
• All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.
• If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us via email at however, Royal Mail requires a wait of 15 days before a claim can be submitted.
We hope you are delighted with your order. Please note once fabric is cut it cannot be returned simply because you do not like the print, but can be returned if there is a fault please contact us within 7 days and return it to us within 28 days for an exchange or refund of the product value. Please note all items returned must be in resalable condition, i.e. all tags and packaging must be intact and included. When sending a return, please use the returns form that we email you when you contact us and send the parcel via a signed for service to the address below. We would recommend obtaining proof of postage as shipping and delivery costs are non refundable. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please check carefully before returning any item.
24 Station Approach
In the event of any product being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund orexchange the goods. Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit.Processing Returns We try to process returns as quickly as possible; however this can take up to 7 days from the date of receipt during busy periods. If you have any queries about an item you have returned please contact us using our contact page stating you full name and order details.
You may cancel an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping.
